I hate the restraint of a bikini top. People don’t realize that up until the 1930’s a man could be arrested in the US for being shirtless in public.  Those silly laws were changed. Now it’s only fair that women should be able to be topless in public.  A recent poll in the Orange County Register showed 68% of people support topless beaches in California.
